As Fort Wayne International Airport prepared to open its new Executive Business Lounge, STAR Financial Bank saw an opportunity to reinforce its commitment to the community by supporting a space that serves business leaders, travelers and the region’s continued growth.

The Ferguson team partnered closely with Fort Wayne International Airport and STAR Financial Bank to create a brand identity that reflected the elevated experience the lounge was designed to provide. Together, we developed the concept and positioning behind Gateway Lounge, an Elevated Experience from STAR Financial Bank, creating a branded environment that seamlessly connected STAR’s community-focused values with one of the region’s most visible destinations.

Our collaboration helped establish the Gateway Lounge as a signature amenity within the airport while strengthening STAR Financial Bank’s presence as a local partner invested in Northeast Indiana’s future. The response exceeded expectations, with inaugural membership demand surpassing projections by 35% and both memberships and daily-use passes continuing to grow.
